Has anyone used footprints recruiting? Tell me your experiences. I have looked at the website - but of course they aren't going to post bad info there.

http://www.tesall.com/international/ind ... s;read=416 A few of the responses pointed to other forums where footprints recruiting is discussed. I would also search on \"footprints recruting\" + scam, just to be on the safe side.

Yes I had read all of that. Sigh - they make it sound good - but obviously lots of folks don't like it - so I will cross it off my list.

Has Ana (whom I haven't seen around here recently - I hope she's ok) given you some websites where you can find good info? I have heard good things about the Dave's ESL Cafe site.

Yes Ana is a peach. Also has lots of info. But Daves ESL has foot prints on it too. So even though some people like it - there are others who don't. That is why it is so hard to make a decision of who to use.

From the discussion forums on Dave's ESL site, were you able to find the name of a good recruiting outfit? I glanced at Dave's site yesterday, and the boards there seem to be very active. You may want to post a few questions there, usually people are happy to help.

kdb - Ana got really nasty on a thread and when Barbara asked her to apologize, she decided to pick up her toys and go home. http://www.barbarasher.com/boards/viewt ... &start=180

I was done all my paper work and had a contract. Then I asked about where I would be placed exactly.
The recruited replied "we are no longer going to continue with your application. Very weird. I wasted time and money.

I had an unpleasant experience with Footprints Recruiting company located in Vancouver, Canada. The screening interview was friendly and brief for a position in UAE. I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks for the full interview. I then started receiving weekly generic messages starting with "Hi All" for 2 months asking their clients to wait for a response before they completely stopped. Meanwhile I was not being considered for other positions posted on their website and my applications would be marked "Rejected". When I enquired they said "if there was an update we would have informed you". Soon after my Skype contact was deleted and profile removed.
Footprints: Is this a sensible way to treat your clients?
