LOL! I have avoided most of the above for years by using a Mac! OK - I do still back things up now and then. But I did the same for important papers (i.e. made copies) before I relied on computers so heavily. Haven't needed to use my backups yet (knock on wood). OK, Scenario Thinker - I'll continue on other thread, although I think the argument here is not voluntary complexity (as was admittedly my first rant), but whether computers complicate or simplify our lives.
