Hello, I set goals for a long time with a friend, but he is using different approaches now. I'm looking for a person or perhaps a small number to do goalsetting/discussion. If it is a small number, will vary format or perhaps a few interactions a week. Here is the deal: (*you'll note that I borrowed most formatting from conrad's post) 1. skype or google wave probably best; direct phone calls are another possibility 2. contact 1x/week 30 min for each of us (1 hour total) 5 min state goals/progress/obstacles 20 min goal discussion 5 min planning for next call 3. the timings in #2 above can be altered as necessary, but kept within 30 min total for each person A few of my basic goals: a. career stuff: getting into a better job situation (I am employed now) b. moving forward with publishing several papers c. generating some new ideas for my work d. managing my employees better Me: have read several of Barbara's books, nonjudgemental, professional, well-educated, open to all sorts of goals. I've accomplished a lot of my goals in the past and I have found that weekly goalsetting works well. I view this as an experiment: we will see if it works for both of us. Send me a personal message if you are interested and we can email a little about goalsetting compatibility then set times/method etc. Mark

Hey Mark, Did you find the success partner you were looking for? If not, contact me. I'm looking for the same kind of support with goals, activities, accountability.
