I'm sorry, I'm too new to post links. But search for "How to Stop Screwing Yourself Over" by Mel Robbins on YouTube (it's a TEDx talk). Then read her book "The 5 Second Rule." You can probably find it at your local library. She introduces the rule at the end of that talk. Basically you will never "feel like" doing what you have to do. So you just think about it, then count backwards from 5, and then do it, whether you feel like it or not.
