Found it! The book is called Forest Bathing: How Trees Can Help You Find Health and Happiness. Author: Dr. Quing Li.

It's in the Sunday NY Times book review, Dec 2, 2018. I bet you can find it on amazon.com too!

You can fake it too!

A study in the Korean Journal of Radiology indicated that people who were shown pictures of scenic, natural landscapes had heightened activity in areas of the brain associated with recall of happy memories compared to people shown urban landscapes.

That's *great* to hear, Jason! I've injured my back and Central Park is the closest I can get to any forest, so this solution is wonderful!!!

I don't know too much about fibromyalgia, so I'm just throwing this out there. But I know there are hanging tents that you can get that feel like laying in a hammock, which might be a lot more comfortable than sleeping on the ground. Would something like that work for your husband?
