I have to back up to when I last here.

Wednesday June 10. big day for me! 50 minute walk! Not only is the time good but the distance was important. I walked all the way to the street that has the lake! Not to the lake yet but to the street it's on. I think another 10 minutes (1 hour) will get me to the lake.

Tuesday June 9. extra 10 minutes yoga.
Monday June 8 extra 10 minutes yoga.
Sunday June 7 walk 45 minutes.
Saturday June 6. 0

Yes, Elaine. One hour is a whoo-hoo!

I celebrated my successes by eating a Ghiradelli chocolate bar. I loved the taste but my body protested afterwards. I think it's gotten used to not eating sugar and doesn't know what to do with it anymore. I'll have to come up with better rewards that don't involve sugar!

50 min walk is a great thing! What does "extra 10 minutes yoga." mean? How should I enter it in the table?

My stomach got upset and I had a tense feeling all the time. For 3 days, I waited for auto healing. No use. Went to the doctor. Got a lot of medicines.

"extra 10 minutes" should be listed as 10 minutes. it means 10 minutes in addition to the regular amount of yoga I do.

July 12 - 50 minute walk
July 13 - 0
July 14 - 50 minute walk

I need to get back to my daily commitment. Even if I'm tired from the walking previous day I can still do 10 minutes of yoga. That's slow and easy. No excuses for not doing it. I know my doctor wants me to walk 5 days per week daily. I'll make that a goal soon. Right now, I'm really happy at the progress I'm making on the days I do walk. Yesterday I made it a little way along the street with the lake. I think it's going to take longer than an hour to make it there. We'll see.

I have to remind myself that I could just do 20-30 minute walk (or 10 minutes) to make it daily. Not yet though.
