EXERCISE SEPTEMBER 2019

Postby inspiresuccess » Mon Sep 02, 2019 3:20 pm

This thread is here to support you in your exercise goals. What do you want to accomplish this month? Let's get going! Remember, if nothing else, you can always just start with 10 minutes a day of anything. That's where Lalitha and I started!

I'd like to keep walking 5 days a week.
I'd like to walk in a new direction at some point for variety.
I'd like to get back to doing daily arm exercises.
I'd like to try a water aerobics class. If that's too hard just keep paddling in the pool once a week.

A few months ago when this thread started my goal was to do something (anything!) for 10 minutes a day. I've come a long way looking at the above goals! Can't believe it's me!

Tuesday 9/3 - 0
Wednesday 9/4 - 1 hour walk, 20 minutes rest at lake
Thursday 9/5 - water aerobics class. I did not like this at all. I won't do it again. But I give myself credit for giving it a try.
Friday 9/6 - 60 minute walk + 10 minutes at lake

Only thing in my recent medication is I lost around 5 kilos. My goal is to get back to 58 kilos. Now I weigh 68.
Toned and healthy body, no fatigue or lethargy. Body working to the commands of mind like an accelerated ball. These are my aims and I should get them within 6 months. Let us hope.

These are great goals. Considering your progress so far, I think you'll definitely be where you want to be in 6 months. Keep up the good work!

Darn. I was writing down my activities on a piece of paper and can't find it. Most days have walked. Missed it Sunday I think. Oh, well. I guess I screwed up.

Hi Inspire,
1 hour 10 mins walk on Monday. Three cheers!
Patience and perseverance have paid off. Keep it up!
You said you lost the paper. It will be easier if you write your logs in a notebook or like me on the kitchen door with a chalk piece. It is easy to write, see often and you can always wipe the door and reuse the space. I write my to do list and detox log on the kitchen door.
I write my exercise log in the notepad option in my system.
