I'll join you, Urs! I want to lose 5 lbs in March, train for my second half-marathon (taking place in May), and walk my dog regularly. Tally ho!

Lunch: oatmeal bagel with light cream cheese, yogurt, coffee, water Exercise: 30 minute walk with dog

lunch cup a soup and crackers Tea - very small pizza walk Felt a bit off today and because I need to be out all day tomorrow decided against doing any excs

Hello everyone, Sunday - eating out for lunch and tea crackers and banana gammon/pineapple/chips/baked beans - small portion small slice cake small cakes/small hot cross bun and butter/strawberries squirt cream/ham/salad/small omelette very short walk, hopefully do some exs later
