Hi mango, I had a blood test last Friday and I am going to be sent a card for a scan at the hospital. Not sure why I need one of those as well as the bloods. That hasn't turned up yet. I've got another appt with the doctor 11th April when all will be revealed.

Today - again low activity until 3.30 Food - pancakes, ham and salad sandwich, cup a soup, ham and salad pitta walk, will do excs later. I'm really enjoying doing them and I've added yoga to my daily routine as well as the hard ones. I told my mother about my fitness ambition and she said 'I hope you won't be clambering over people's roofs and fences, they'll think you a nuisance' - well she obviously thinks I'll be able to do it :D How are you with excercise these days Tituba?

Well I hadn't set a specific goal, but I could do to lose a few pounds. I just increase the amount of protein I eat, decrease the amount of greasy junk food, esp. french fries etc. I have a very active lifestyle and my biggest problem area is my legs - esp. my upper legs. So I have upped the stair climbing in my daily travels - like coming out of the subway tunnels - I take the stairs instead of the escalators. So far I have lost ten pounds this month. :) Besides it's not very healthy to lose weight too fast - have to let your heart catch up.
