I agree in principle, but it's a little deceiving to just say that you need to burn off more than you take in in order to lose weight. A very simple and easy way to lose weight is to eat 5-6 meals a day. They needn't be big, and need to be planned according to nutritional value, but keeping your stomach active is the best way to lose weight. Otherwise, when your stomach isn't active, your body gets into this vicious cycle of starving-abundance-starving-abundance.

Okay, I'm ready to try again. I had an epiphany: I feel like over-eating is the only way that I can relax. Of course, that only lasts for a few minutes, and then I feel icky (stuffed) and disgusted with myself. Must ponder. Weighed myself. Frightening. 202.5 lbs. Breakfast: frosted mini-wheats w/ nonfat milk, pineapple-orange juice, coffee, water, meds, vitamins.

last meal - fresh salmon, red pepper, courgette, potato and broccolli I'll be lucky if I don't snack tonight. Hi mango - the malt loaf was for afters. It is a tiny loaf of dark color made from molasses, malt extract, flour and dried fruit. It comes out moist. You cut it very thinly and can have butter or not. Normally I don't have it at home as I love it with butter. However, as son is at home last few weeks, he needs it for his long distance cycling, so I just 'had' to have some. I've just been looking up the recipe for another fruit loaf might make it tomorrow.
