lunch - crumpets again with turkey bacon tea - salad, very small cakes, strawberries, bread and butter, ham, omelette, icecream mango - I either eat crumpets toasted on their own or with something - they are the size of muffins but totally different, hard to describe, a sort of batter that's very thick with holes in it :D I was wondering if they could be an alternative to cereal for you. Choccy - too much temptation for you. I'm like that with proper butter.

I will have a look at the bakery, Urs. They sound yummy. Lunch: frosted mini-wheats w/ nonfat milk (!), water I'm in such a miserable state today, and I don't know why. Guess it's PMS.

Crumpets are like English Muffins. You can make your own http://recipes.epicurean.com/recipe/1958/crumpets.html

mango, I'm beginning to think that my enthusiasm on these threads was a 'one month wonder' when I lost that weight in January. I know that excercising is a thing of the past even though I still walk. How are you feeling about it all?
