Hi Urs, I'll be back tomorrow (joining Weight Watchers for the umpteenth time). How are you feeling?

Hi mango, I'm ok, feeling a bit more motivated (says she just finishing off the jelly sweets :D ) Also ate the crumpets that were left for tomorrow. You did well the previous times with WW from what I remember.

 got frozen bread out and toasted it - had it with jam. And finished off the peanut butter.

Unity - In the past, I would binge on carbs and sugar. I was avoiding a feeling and stuffed it down. Maybe if you explored how you are feeling by journaling, you could make new choices. A regular diet of carbs and sugar will only sabotage your fitness efforts.

Read another chapter in Peter Walsh's book. I'm tempted to try what he suggests for a week to see if I really need to join WW (or not). He's very sensible.

 bread and jam straight after eating breakfast. Hi spark, yep, I was worrying about making a decision just as I was eating. I think I need to put signs up to remind me.

Hi mango, lunch - spicy beanburger, mash tea - spinach and poached egg I think that I've had a major  feel very motivated now to get rid of ALL THE HASSLE that's in my life. I know that the reason I avoid things is the hassle factor so if I can eliminate all the selfmade ones, then it will help create space and energy to tackle those which I haven't created myself but have to deal with. Yes, I started doing this on 150 thread but always seem to get sidetracked. But it may have been my choice of words. I can live with clutter/energy drains but I HATE HASSLE :D so will be using that word to motivate myself to get rid of as much as I can - including crappy clothes!! p.s. I might be away from the threads for a while not sure yet.
