pitta bread - plain meal replacement bar, tiny salad, fish sticks, pitta long walk I think there's sausages for later

Hi Urs! Breakfast: frosted mini-wheats w/ nonfat milk, Red Bull :roll:, water, vitamins, meds Snack: banana, nonfat raspberry yogurt Lunch: small portions of cold cut sandwich, pasta salad, lemon square, orange slices, water w/ Crystal Light Snack: chicken ramen noodle soup, water w/ Crystal Light

Hi mango, Red bull for breakfast :D I dont' remember that last time I drank that, don't think I ever liked the taste. Dinner - sausages, pasta, mushroom/cheese and garlic sauce, tomatoes small slice bran fruit loaf (and butter 8) ) short excercises - trying to get back into the swing of things, might do more later

Damn. Dinner: Doritos, raspberry sherbet, water. I'm winning one battle by not eating everything in sight just because I screwed up, but I'm really mad at myself about the Doritos. I was still full of stress after my big presentation at work today, and I went straight to the grocery store on my way home. Sigh. No exercise today either. And I've been sitting around all evening like a pile of wet laundry.

Mango, You are back on board with the thread even if you're eating doritos. I've lapsed last few weeks as well. (cakes in the cafe) Today - crumpets for breakfast lunch - went out to eat but person with me didn't want any hot food so only alternative were cakes. So Had a blueberry muffin hungry when returned home so had fish stick and salad sandwich very long walk most of it up an extreme hill (and concrete stairs) so I hope I worked off that muffin

unconscious snacking confession 8) Whilst cooking the evening meal just now I've been eating spoonfuls of peanut butter and bran loaf and butter and I have a feeling there was something else I've forgotten

Scratch that, I had a pb&j sandwich on multi-grain bread instead of the ramen noodles. Dinner: chicken ramen noodle soup, roast chicken and Swiss on multi-grain bread, raspberry sherbet, water.

dinner- cous cous salad very small pizza all this extra walking is resulting in very sore feet.

Let's not talk about yesterday... Today, I'm reading 'Does This Clutter Make My ____ Look Fat?' by Peter Walsh. Thanks for the recommendation, Tituba. I love it so far. (Urs, I left out that word that you hate). :D Breakfast: raisin bran w/ nonfat milk, cranberry-pomegranate juice, coffee, water, meds, vitamins Snack: nonfat peach yogurt, green grapes, water Off to have a shower and get on with the day!
