Beebelle, well done. I was wondering about your sit-ups - are you still doing them?

Hello Urs and Beebelle! Happy May! I lost 2.5 lbs by changing some of my habits, and I'm thrilled! I'm not planning to weigh myself again until June 1st. We shall see how that goes! Breakfast: multi-grain cereal w/ nonfat milk, 2 oz pomegranate juice, coffee Snack: none

Well done everyone! Urs - I didnt stick to my sit ups (quelle suprise! ) I fluctuate between thinking i need to loss a stone and a half, and thinking i look alright, stop putting so much pressure on myself. However, Im introducing gentle changes, mostly getting more exercise in. Ive arranged to go power walking at lunchtime with a colleague, starting next week. And were going to go swimming after work also. Diet wise. I was really good yesterday...till i got home  porridge, strawberries, tuna salad with ryvita for lunch (no dressing or mayo). then i had doritos and a kinder bueno when i got home. doh. AND dinner. AND this morning i had a kit kat for breakfast  BUT i will do it. I WILL!

Hi mango, Remember you bet me 5 virtual dollars I had a problem? One side is enlarged but I was told it would be at least 14 days before the doctor will get the notes. Frid- ridiculous amount of walking Sat - dramatically less walking

DInner: pb&j on multi-grain bread, vanilla frozen yogurt w/ sugar-free caramel sauce Then I went a little bit crazy and finished off the Doritos and had another bowl of cereal. I guess that was the after-effect of balancing the bank account. Exercise: none Urs, thank you for the virtual money! That was pretty funny. I had forgotten about the bet.
