Lunch: pb&j on multi-grain bread, nonfat peach yogurt, orange juice Snack: banana, green tea I really do have to figure out ways to get motivated job-wise, and pick the date that I will give my notice! Just because the husband says I have to finish my residency doesn't mean a damn thing. I'm an adult, and I'll do what I want.

I don't suppose the Doritos will matter after all that cleaning.

Well, I ate half of the large bag of Doritos. Fortunately, my husband finished them off, so they're gone now. Breakfast: multi-grain cereal w/ nonfat milk, cranberry/pomegranate juice, coffee Snack: none

Long walk x 2 Tried on some trousers but they were too big. That's the 3rd pair in a few weeks. So it seems impossible for me to buy any clothes at the moment, either too big or too small.

That's actually a good situation, as you can see that you're making progress. :D Lunch: ramen noodle soup, pb&j on multi-grain bread

Morning everyone, Can someone please explain how you make a PB & J sandwich? I've heard of it but it's not eaten over here.

Here's how to make pb&j: Two slices of bread. Put peanut butter on one slice and jam on the other. Voila! Breakfast: multi-grain cereal w/ nonfat milk, cranberry/pomegranate juice, coffee Snack: none Lunch: whole grain bagel w/ light veggie cream cheese, grape juice Snack: none Dinner: roast pork loin with zucchini, onions, and potatoes, vanilla frozen yogurt w/ a touch of maple syrup Exercise: 30 minute walk with my dog Went for my annual physical today and the idiot doctor kept asking me if I had a sweet tooth (because of my weight). No, I don't have a sweet tooth. And if you ask the question again, the answer will still be no. And the third time you ask the question, it's just insulting. :bash: Had blood drawn for thyroid and vitamin D levels. Urs, have you heard back about your scan?

Alot of American children lived on PB&J and Fluffernutter sandwiches. Also, Yodels, HoHos, Twinkies and snowballs. That is why we have issues with sugar. Unity - have you weighed yourself this month? How is your exercise and nutrition plan working?

Hi Spark, I'm not weighing myself because I had a scan recently which showed I had thyroid enlargement so will wait and see what my doctor suggests. I have been very active compared to previous months. How about you, how are you doing?
