Tuesday

chopped thick ham, spinach, tomato...........small bag potato chips, bacon and cheese slice
cider, cocktails, shots
walk - 2 miles


Wednesday

hangover :?
walk - 2 miles
food - very large bag potato chips :( , 2 small slices bread, ham, mustard
black coffee, white tea, water, headache tabs

4 small slices bread, tuna, spinach. mayo, ketchup. Handful dry cornflakes
white tea water, headache tabs

Thursday

Went to bed feeling anxious, woke up very early with panic attacks about various things relating to income and the important things I was supposed to have done on Wednesday but couldn't because I was feeling unwell after the previous night out. I can't do those things now until Monday due to circumstances.

First time I felt worried in a really long time. Usually I can turn it around and feel positive. A phone call about change of plans today broke the spell, afterwards I felt ok again.

food - cornflakes, milk, white coffee

few small slices thin pizza, small handful thin fries, very small bit of blueberry muffin and butterscotch milk pudding

white mild coffee, water

small bowl salad, small bowl fries, 2 small bags of potato chips :oops: 3 slices small bread with tuna, spinach......... tiny portion bannofee -------- 2 large spoonfuls of cooked mince in sauce, 1 lp veg, lp pasta, 1/2 blueberry muffin

white tea, barleycup, ciders, water

walk - 3 miles
