mango - they didn't turn out as I was expecting. I hoped for 'mushy peas' but they were different than that.

Not for me it isn't. I started noticing this in my late teens when I started running all year long. I would get less colds, or no colds. I think it must keep my sinuses and lungs cleared out, or something. Now, that I'm sort of taking a "break", germs have a chance to fester in me. Not sure, for sure the reason why, but it seems to work that way for me.

Friday

bacon roll, 1 extra roll on it's own, cod in butter sauce (tiny portion) squidgy peas

white tea, water

finished fish, sauce, squidgy peas
rolls, dry cornflakes
white teas, water

tested drinking amaretto at home to see how it affected me, did feel strange so either alcohol in general no longer works for me, or it's the amaretto specifically or sugar

walk - 1 mile

Saturday so far

squidgy peas, bacon, mash potatoes, gravy
white teas, water

Weight today and yesterday was 151. Felt like it ought to be more, so I'll be content with what it is.

I made some really good chicken stock, and I think I might have soup today. I just wish we had some of the snow everyone else is getting so I could have a good excuse for curling up in a blanket on the sofa with a bowl of soup!

Have been quite hormonal the last few days, and my weight is all over the place! It has bounced between 151 and 148, with today's weight being 150. :roll: I don't seem to be making too much progress toward my goal, but I haven't given up! The graph on fitday shows that I'm still basically in line with expected change.

Today I had the pizza toppings again, and it was SO good. 8)
