Mango, I dread to think what your digestion will be like during the new regime, I think 'squidgy' peas will have a new meaning :shock:

I did cook them again recently but this frozen pack didn't turn out in the same way as others so not planning on using them for a while.

I did drop something on the computer room carpet not long ago, thanks for asking :D I had everything set up so I was standing as my back was hurting. Not a good idea.

Very windy. Alternating weather, very heavy snow/sleet/small hail for a few minutes, then completely sunny for a few minutes. Popcorn radar.

FOOD TODAY

tiny portion oven chips, roast courgette, shallot, tomato, red onion chutney, french bread

pastry and meat slice, hula hoops pack x 2

Oven chips, roast veg different to above, toasted tomato and basil italian bread at 1 am!!!

walk -- 2 miles
loads of cider :shock:

Yesterday

4 packs of hula hoops
cant remember meals

I found some loose hoops inside my bag this morning lol

Today for breakfast I had salad with crunch italian bread like yesterday. It is fantastic, the calorie count etc is illegible so I'm eating them like potato chips. Probably high calorie but I'm in a stupid mood. It's before 11 am and i've already got a pie and chips in the oven.

Can't believe that X2's lack of response is having this affect on me.

Hi all,

The gory details about my juice fast are over in the juice fast challenge.
My digestion is perfectly normal, Unity, but the monstrous headache might just kill me!
This is Day 2... they say that it's smooth sailing at about Day 4.

ST! I posed a 'man question' to you over in Daily Conversations, just in case you haven't been reading along. If you don't want to answer, that's absolutely okay, of course, but I wanted to tell you that it was there.

Unity, is X2 = R4?
