Ran 8.02 miles. Got a late start ... hot out! But, I was OK.

I just looked, I posted 6 times in a row and no one else posted in between. That's OK, I'll just wait around :)

Ran 3.16 miles. Went earlier than yesterday, but even hotter today. Good thing I intended to take it easy (slow and short).

It won't be an 8th now I'm back

Feet really hurting, ended up walking 8 miles or more on Saturday, going between places in not the most comfortable sandals, I had never anticipated walking so much when I set out at noon.

I had to walk about 1/4 mile on Sunday and it was painfrul so refused to go back out later. Discovered afterwards there was a drawing pin in the soles, probably the reason I got a blister in that position on Saturday.

i know how far it is between places

Today I had to go out and put foam cushions under my feet, the type that have a loop for your toe

Yes Graham, it will be interesting to see how far you walk

Lol ST. I have beaten you.

Yesterday I stood up/walked around 6 hours plus had the walk to and from the festival. So feet feeling delicate, got to walk in 2 hours time and will be out on various family activities until mid evening, feel tired at the thought of it.
