I am carrying on the good progress made last month, so far lost about 7 lbs.

Ran 3.24 miles.

I've noticed I lose about 3-4 pounds of water when I run long on a Saturday. Wonder where it goes .... ?

Today -
walk @ 60 mins
stairs in hospital
hands and knees floor cleaning at home - lots rooms

Hopefully also mowing by the end of this evening

Obviously you are desperate to get off the Christmas list.

Today I decided to write a list of good food choices for DS2's upcoming visits as I've been doing MFPal and had a few shocks how high in calories/sugar certain meals I've made at home when he's here have been, ones I never expected would be a problem.

I also looked through the nutrition details for the meals I have out and realised that out of hundreds of possibilities, there was only about 2 things I could eat. Even the salads had ludicrous calories.

Ran 6.65 miles. Was planning on just 4.3 or so, but the weather has improved a lot, I felt good, so I kept going!

Ran 3.24 miles. Supposed to be upper 90's again today (I ran just after sunrise). Lots of heat waves end of this summer.
