wow! so grateful for yoga. I've rediscovered the yoga book that got me started at the age of 13. Yoga for Americans by Indra Devi. Now I remember why I loved it and I'm so glad I'm doing it again. It was written in the 1950's and is quaint in many ways. But her type of yoga breathing is different from anything I've ever found. And the spiritual lifestyle set the tone for the rest of my life. so very grateful!

For my Mom and Dad. For the things they taught me. For the high standards they set. For my Dad, who's my step-Dad never treating me like a stepchild.

I'm grateful for living in California. The weather has been heavenly -- 70's and sunny, with roses and geraniums in full bloom in my apartment complex.

I'm grateful also because I think my painful ankles are slowly getting less painful. It's hard to tell but I think there are small signs.

I'm grateful for fresh produce from the local produce store. And sandwiches made from croissant, fresh avocado, fresh parsley, cheese, and Dijon mustard.

I'm grateful that the Barbara Sher Boards are still here! I had to take some time off from them and I'm looking forward to coming back and to reconnecting with everyone.

I'm grateful that Elaine started this thread. It makes me think. What do I have good in my life right now? It's so easy to get overwhelmed with the negatives that we forget that we all have so many things to be grateful for no matter what's going on it our lives. Thanks, Elaine!

IS you're welcome, and I'm glad you're back. And take as much time as you need.
Me I'm grateful for Molly's book signing.
And mostly I'm grateful that I noticed the grocery bag with perishable items sitting on a chair before I went to bed tonight.

I'm grateful for anything that makes me laugh out loud. The physical relief always helps.

And I have tried Laughter yoga at a seminar I went to and loved it! I found a local church that has Laughter Yoga and I plan on going to that. I recommend it to anyone who wants to give it a try in your area. Just Google Laughter yoga and the name of your town.
