I'm so grateful for all the help I received in my garden.

I'm grateful that my body is standing up to the pressure of gardening! So far, I have not reactivated any old injuries!

I'm grateful for the weather. It is sunny and cool and so comfortable.

I'm grateful for my cat. She puts a smile on my face every single day and sometimes even makes me laugh out loud!

I'm grateful for finding a new place to walk. It's a nature park that has beautiful flowers blooming and a wonderful walkway that is just the right length for me to take a daily walk.

I'm grateful for my friends.

I'm grateful to be back on the Barbara Sher boards again.

I'm grateful to have a computer!

I'm grateful for the herbs in my garden. They smell so heavenly and are so healing.

I'm grateful for my new garden friends.

I am grateful to find out that I have prediabetes. I know most people would look at that as a negative thing. I think it's a positive thing because it will motivate me to eat better and exercise more.

I'm grateful for clouds. I think clouds are one of the most beautiful things in nature. It surprises me how little people pay attention to them. I point them out to people but they don't seem interested. I find that odd!

I'm grateful that I have a new exercise partner who helps keep me motivated.

I'm grateful for this thread because it pushes me to be grateful. It makes me think about what the good things are in my life and to be thankful for them. Sometimes, I have to really sit and think because I tend to focus on the negative. But once I make the effort, I'm always able to find something to be grateful for.

I don't post here often enough. I have a lot to be grateful for, and most of it I take for granted - good health, family, friends, enough money to pay my bills and have some left over for fun. But here's the "fun stuff" that i'm grateful for:

The top half of my garden looks good. I love it. It's good enough to invite friends and family over for a party.
I like my pitch for my book.
My computer is working
the great food I'm going to get tomorrow
the animals that visit my garden.
I can pick things up off the floor without hurting.

I'm grateful that I'm happy today.
for my husband
for my kids, grandkids, and mother-in-law and friends and anyone I haven't mentioned.
for things to do
for friends who need me right now.

Hi Everyone!
Only today, I opened this thread. Happy to find all of you here.
Hitherto, I have been writing my gratitude in my bullet journal[which I haven't opened since April].
I'm grateful that
1. I'm born as a human with thinking, speaking and laughing ability.
2. I have been born in a country with a lot of things to be proud of.
3. I live in a place where people live in law and order [no war or emergencies]
4. I don't need to rush everyday in traffic to earn my living.
5. I have a good and understanding family.
6. I have opportunity to read many books.
7. I joined this forum.
8. I have good health.
9. I got the courage to get rid of toxic people from my life [This is my most heart felt gratitude]
10. I understood gratitude is the most essential key to be a human being.

And a thousand more things.

Hi Lalitha. Welcome to the Gratitude Thread. I will open a new one in June. I forgot to do it in April.

I'm grateful for the people who post here. It's so easy to focus on the negatives in our lives. It's so important to balance that with gratitude. Sharing our gratitude helps remind people of the positives in their own lives. Thank you for sharing your gratitude here.

I'm grateful for the internet, by which
I get answers to my ever popping questions
I got into this forum, which I look forward eagerly everyday to find what you are posting.
I read a lot of books [by no other way I should have known their name and get my access to]

May 28 Tuesday
I'm grateful for the water supply. In this sweltering summer, most of our locality has run out of water. Nowadays I see people out there with large pots clinging to their cycles going to other streets to fetch water from corporation water tanks. Even our next street ran out of water. By God's Grace, we still have water. For how long, I don't know. But I'm grateful for every drop from my taps.
I pray for a good satiating shower from the Heavens to quench the parching Earth.

I am grateful for yesterday and today's drenching rain (and yet wish I could send some to LalithaN) because of all the planting and sowing I did on Monday.

BTW, my wife and I maintain a Gratitude Jar. I've been adding to it a lot, lately.

Hi Squarepeg,
Thank you for your well wishing. I pray all your seeds grow into healthy plants.
Yesterday and today[this is just morning 8'o clock], there has been a little bit moderate sun. I'm grateful for that.
Explanation: In our tradition May month is called a 'fire star'.Humidity will rise heavily and you will feel like being inside an oven on full heat.Sometimes there will be a shower, but this year there has been none.

I'm grateful to be physically moving again after so many years of inactivity.

I'm grateful that my previous physical problems that kept me from exercising are gone.

I'm grateful for sunsets, which are always such an unexpected blessing.

I had been exercising regularly and it became possible only because of Inspire success' cooperation and encouragement.
I'm grateful for her.
