Do you mean do 1 rep (up/down) at regular intervals throughout the day?

30 minute walk. With walking I'm writing down when I leave and when I get back without pushing myself to do a certain amount. Today I walked for 30 minutes without trying. That's a good sign!

Yes. I mean 1 rep at a time at regular intervals 4 times a day.
Cheers Inspire, if you can walk for 30 mins, you are on the road to fitness. Gradually you will be doing 1 hour a day. :)

June 1---- 2 workouts
June 2--- 3 workouts
June 3---- 2 workouts
June 4---- 4 workouts
June 5---- 3 workouts, regular set, 10 mins yoga
June 6---- 4 workouts
June 7--- 4 workouts
June 8--- 4 workouts


I haven't added IS extra workouts because, no regular entry of stairs rep. Further you have done 20 to 30 min walk everyday and our goal is doing exercises for only 10 mins. o those extra mins count on your part.
