June 25 Tuesday 46 minute walk (longest yet!)

June 26 Wed nothing

I'm struggling with doing something every day because of the long walks. I'm going to cut myself a little slack and accept every other day for a little bit.

So disgusted with myself about YMCA. 3 days left in month and I have done nothing. Not even looking in closet for clothing.

Hi Inspire,
Don't be so hard on yourself. You are on the way of conquering your body. And the price for it is you will be displaced from your comfort zone. Some of your routine chores may go weird because of your walking time. That doesn't need you have to give up your new found empowerment.[Yes, your walk is your empowerment.] Calm yourself and think how you can adjust your time to do those daily routines that were damaged. Always there is time, but we do not know where to find it. Think about this too, Are these routines really necessary or could they be given up or modified to easier mode? Think calmly and decide.

Then about YMCA. Thinking about your recent progress, you may not even need it. But I recommend YMCA because there you may get good company which can boost your morale and energy. So no need to frustrate. Take this weekend to sort out your exercise outfits. Plan July 1st week for enquiry. If everything is ok, then join in the 2nd week. YMCA is not going to run away. Be calm and work patiently IS, every piece in the puzzle will automatically fall into its place.

Hi Elaine,
Superb. 30 mins a day at the starting itself is wonderful.
What you did for your regular quota, if you share with us a detailed version, it would be an inspiration for us and also prove useful when we are doing 10 days assessment.
Tomorrow I'm reporting the 6th 10 days assessment. So kindly provide details.

Hi Inspire,
Haven't seen you for the last 3 days. What happened? Still slacking? Are you well?
Whether you do your quota or not, if you are physically alright, please post. I'm worried. :(

REPORT
On going through what we did this month, we have both crests and troughs.
Crests : We have achieved a lot this month. IS, Your walking has rocketed up from 20 mins to 40 plus mins. You have tried many yoga poses and did some weight exercises. I have stepped up to 16 mins of cycling, regular workouts and got some inspiration for doing yoga again. And Elaine has joined us and her starting time itself is 30 mins, which I find highly motivating to keep us on our tracks.
Troughs : We are absent for many days this month. We both have skipped our daily quota for 9 days. Elaine, You joined on 26th , reported for 27 and 28, but no report for 29 and 30. And it will be nice if you post what you are doing for those 30 mins.
If you supply the missing details I can update the table.
In the nutshell, we are doing well but we should be more regular. :D
