EXERCISE AUGUST 2019

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to the forum 'Exercise'.
Anybody who wants to be healthy and fit,but struggling through Resistance are eligible here. The point is to tackle the Resistance to exercise through small but regular steps i.e. 10 mins everyday.
Einstein said,"World's eighth wonder is compounding". Not only for money, it applies to everything. Daily ten mins will grow gradually into one hour everyday. This is not exaggeration. Our personal experience. Inspire and me are examples. Elaine joined in the middle and was doing beautifully.
I hope we will progress much more than the past 3 months.
Without much ado, we can start.

15 mins walk,20 mins cycling.
I walk to the nearby shops and I include that in exercise.

Hi Lalitha,

I'm experiencing anxiety over the Y plan tomorrow. And I have several things planned for tomorrow. I'm thinking of doing it on Sunday.

I'm pretty sure I'll have to buy a new swimsuit soon. I looked online to see what I could find. For now, I'll go in with what I have and see how uncomfortable it is.

Congrats on adding walking to your exercise!

I have to not doing anything again for a few days because of another chiro adjustment. They aren't working as well as they used to so I'm going to have to go to a doctor or physical therapy.

I DID IT! I DID IT! I DID IT! I went swimming at the Y!!!! Wonderful to be in the water again. Need a new swimsuit ASAP. I don't remember how to swim anymore. I'll take a lesson. I did lots of floating and paddling and relaxing. So good to be in water!
