Tried to do a weekly report. But didn't.
So tired. Today I was sluggish, did nothing useful.
Planned a lot, achievement zero. That much for productivity.
Medicines finished. Back to square one. Should go and see the doctor again.Bored and frustrated.

So sad you're feeling down. Sorry the medicines didn't help. Hang in there. It's "one of those days". :(

Did you mean the report here for something else? Did I misunderstand? I just looked at the date and our weekly tally isn't even up yet since it's only the 5th of the month.

Hi Inspire,
Happy to have your company and kind words. Doctor told me to come back after 15 days. I was reluctant and foolishly hoping all would become well. Today going to see him and ask how long should I rely on medicines to live a normal, active life.
I intended to post the weekly report for Sunday to Saturday, so that there will be no confusion in the months having 30,31, 28 days. So the report should be from 28 July Sunday to August 3 Saturday.
Thanks for your offer and glad you would do it. Please take over.

Hi Lalitha,

I think we should make up a long month by having a long week at the end. That way it won't drift over the months. For instance, 1-7, 8-14, 15-21, 22-31. I'll do this week tomorrow.

Hi Inspire,
Your idea of weekly posting is good. So do it like that and we can follow this pattern.
Myself feeling very low. Yesterday went to the doctor. He says I'm well and all my systems are doing good [That doesn't reduce his bill]. But as I missed the 15 days session and went only after 21 days,he asked to continue the medicines for another fortnight and start another single medicine immediately and he wants to check the results. If he hasn't been an expert Ayurvedic physician, I would have thought that he is testing his skills on me.
So net result should be on medication for next 21 days.
I don't know what is wrong with me. I cannot complain any pain on my body. My body and mind are sluggish and any extra small work seems a task. I want to simply lie down and sleep for days.
I'm going to be on medication as per the advice and if it doesn't work, I have to change the doctor.

It sounds like something is definitely off. Hang in there with the meds. Sometimes it takes time for things to kick in. I've had that experience where you think something isn't going to work, but then it does, but just on its own time. I'm visualizing divine healing for your mind/body/spirit. I'm surprised and impressed that you've been able to continue doing exercise despite feeling this way. Good for you. Sending love.
