I exercised Mon and Tues. And got very sore.

I'm going to keep trying to get into a good habit of exercising.

Welcme back. Yes, to good habits. Walking is slowly becoming a habit for me, which is a relief. I don't have to push and struggle to get myself to do it. I'm hoping the swimming will become a habit, too. Everything is easier when it's a habit!

Inspire : 195 mins walk and 40 mins arms
Total 235 mins [4 hours (just 5 mins less)]exercise for a week.
Lalitha : 100 mins cycling,10 mins exercise
Total 110 mins [1 hour 50 mins] exercise for a week.
Elaine : Absent.

Assessment
Inspire superb.
My graph is downwards. Have to do more.

August 14 - 15 minutes arms, 40 minute walk (first time I did 15 minutes of arms)
(want that counted on the last tally!!!)

Interesting that you totaled the weekly exercise. That's an interesting way to look at it.

August 15 - 55 walk
August 16 Friday ?
August 17 - 5 minutes arms, 30 minutes yoga, 40 minute walk
August 18 SWIM!!
August 19 35 minute walk

Thanks for doing the totals again. Let me know if you need me to do them. I might not do it up to date because I'm still not on the internet for days at a time. still don't have wifi.

Hi Inspire,
Thank you for the offer.Edited the table according to your latest data. I calculate how much time we have worked out because, you mentioned that you have to tell your doctor about your weekly walking schedule. I thought that would help the doctor to assess your present health condition.That's why we are doing a weekly report instead of a ten days one.
You have done fine. I appreciate you.
Further this will motivate us to stay on the line and if possible do more. I want to exercise more but still not in a good shape to do that. Maintaining this 20 mins cycling itself has become a task. I should shrug this weakness off and come out. Hoping.

I think I need a little break from routines. So I won't be here for a week or so. In the meantime, I hope I'll continue my exercise and I would report it in a bunch.
