personally i think things will slow down a bit since there's no more cash for clunkers etc, but i do think it will continue to improve.

We have a lot more openings, people shifting around, and leaving the company where I work in recent months.

But, I also heard another bubble is forming. This time I've heard it's either another housing bubble, and/or an educational bubble brewing. People taking too much out for school on an unforgivable debt and not able to get good enough jobs to pay the loans off. 'Til death do us part. The DOW is already creeping to 13,000 and it peaked just over 14,000 before the crash. I'm not a doomsdayer by nature, but it seems like people will never learn.
