Coaches philosophy

Thee is a new book of John Wooden's philosophy- my father is having the captains of his high school lacrosse team read it. I gave it a look, not really knowing that he is undisputably the best college basketball coach to date... He was a very honest christian person, in the way that I can appreciate Christianity...his basic tenants were two sets of threes: Dont lie. Dont cheat. Dont steal. Dont whine. Dont complain. Dont make excuses. These may seem harsh, but I think they are a great start to liking the person you see in the mirror. I also thoroughly recommend the book- Wooden, A lifetime of observations and reflections on and off the court
