Hi,

Feeling the effects of all 3 biorhythms being near their bottoms, so thought I'd take my numbers. Did 2 sets of 3 (the machine does three and gives the average). Like the second set. Around 10:30 PM, my standard measuring time:

  1. 6/15 :: 152/90.63
  2. 7/30 :: 148/88/50
  3. 9/16 :: 140/80.53

Like-a the trend.

Lynx could probably answer this better. There are three aspects to the biorhythms - emotional, physical and intellectual, and they vary from best to worst and everything in between according to a wave pattern It takes about thirty days for one pattern to complete. There is a site on the web - I think if you type in biorhythm, you'll find it. You can enter your birth date and it will plot your biorhythm for free. On the day that your physical curve is at it's height, for example, you might want to tackle strenuous yard work. The day that your intellectual is low, is not the day to do your taxes. It can get more complicated than that. I'll see if I can find the web site.

biorhythms

Postby Lynx » Sun Sep 17, 2017 10:23 pm

Hi Tituba and Elaine,

Yup, Elaine got it close to right. The 3 main rhythms are theorized to all launch at your moment of birth. The physical one is 21 days long, emotional 28 days, and intellectual 33 days. I've spent many idle moments figuring out how to plot them on a regular spreadsheet, first on Appleworks, and when Apple dropped support for it on OS X, converted the whole works to excel.

I make lots of use of this program, now. I custom make my yearly calendar with a weekly view, and 3 monthly views (one as a regular calendar grid, one with the chart's wavy lines, and another as a list of the days in the left column). Each version shows my biorhythms for each day.

I also compute the average score. When I say my biorhythm are all down, this means they are under the middle line and so are in negative territory. I seem to feel regular when the average falls between 3 to about 6, very energetic when it's over 6, and very sluggish when it's under 3. This time they fell to 1.1, 1.1, & 1.2 over the weekend. So I made no plans and took a lot of naps.

They are moving back up, and i can sense the surge. By Sat. they will be 6.6, and go as high as 9 (!) by 9/29.

All right, world, bring it!

Cool, I created my biorhythm spreadsheet. Turns out that today my intellectual cycle is at it's minimum. Things are looking good for two weeks from now, though.

I usually feel an upswing when the moon is waxing toward full.

9.30 At Peak Biorhythm

Postby Lynx » Sat Sep 30, 2017 7:12 am

Hi,

Took my numbers again since my biorhythms are peaking around 9 ...

  1. 6/15 :: 152/90.63
  2. 7/30 :: 148/88.50
  3. 9/16 :: 140/80.53
  4. 9/29 :: 143/83.51

Holding level. Wonder what will bring on the next drop?

You probably know this.

As you sit still your blood pressure goes down. If you get a high bp number, try taking it again five minutes later. Then another five minutes later. Mine takes a long time to go down. during all this surgery stuff, the numbers were really low while i was in the hospital - 120's and 130's systolic. That's while I was lying around or sitting around not doing anything. MY physical therapist kept coming up with much higher numbers - 160's 170's. Finally I asked her to try taking again and it dropped twenty points. Then it dropped another ten. The last time it was in the 130's.

Hi,

Measured for BPN last night, as same and last time, more or less.

  1. 6/15/17 :: 152/90.63
  2. 7/30/17 :: 148/88.50
  3. 9/16/17 :: 140/80.53
  4. 9/29/17 :: 143/83.51
  5. 1/12/18 :: 147/86.57

No letting up now. L

bella luna

Postby Lynx » Wed Apr 04, 2018 7:43 am

Hi,

Feeling a need for a local vacation via a trip to a Korean spa. The one in mind is Luna Bella, in Lynnwood WA.

Here's a video: https://youtu.be/jEw0dYj9N_Q

Oh, Luna Bella closed, now re-opened as Q Sauna and Spa, with fresher management, repairs, reopened restaurant. I hadn't been in the past few years because it once made my Blood Circulation Numbers go haywire. But, haywired or not, I can use the getaway.

It's an urban adventure as I prefer not to have to drive afterwards, meaning, I prefer not to drive getting there. Buses. I think there might be something called rapid ride or swift that's more upscale.

Now to find the day. I'll try my BCN before I go and take another reading immediately after.

Consider it an experiment.

L.
