I have decided to join the fray and get on the blog band wagon! I created it last night and published my first post this morning. It's called twigg hugger and will chronicle my personal quest to divest myself of clutter. :D Sincerely, Sestinaverde

I will be including both practical and intuitive tips to help people plan and manage the change process that goes with an overseas experience. I hope you'll check it out and leave a comment. Thanks Here's the address:

Well, it's an ongoing thing I started last August, but I'll throw in a link to my blog that's tracking my year in Americorps working with underprivileged kids.

Thank you for the information on starting a blog. I decided to journal my new year's craft projects instead of letting letting my job take all my time. If you are wondering what to do with a plethora of cigar boxes or just want to offer some encouragement check it out at - Hope everyone has a great 2007 filled with accomplishments

Hi Everyone, I did it, too. I actually created a blog to show off some of my art work. Thank you, Barbara, for the challenge. I enjoyed every minute of creating it. My goal is to update it monthly with pictures of new projects. Merlinda

So, hey kids, many weeks have already gone by and I want to see another post!!! It's all but impossible to keep up a blog from a library computer! So that's how I've been letting mine go. Then the camera got lost for awhile... but now it's found. Now I have to find the cables to upload to the computer! small arrrgh! To get fodder for my blogs, I'm signed up on a Dialogue listserver. People inspire me there to write, so now I have another use for it besides the flash in the pan of the list server. So, here are my two blogs: my personal blog: I'm going to change it to an easier to remember name. 2nd blog comparing David Bohm style Dialogue with Alexander Technique: OK, since I already have a couple of blogs, for this challenge, I'm going to extract all the writing about Alexander Technique that is already on my personal blog - because it's just been sort of a repository for any and all my writing. As of January, 2008, I finally did that and started a new blog about Alexander's at The truth of the matter is, I regard a blog as a place to put whatever I write so that anyone who is interested can access it. Otherwise, if I croak, who will bother to read whatever is on my computer? They'll probably just toss it all. So a blog is a way for me to preserve and offer up something of what has been valuable to me. I love the \"stories\" and the \"pics\" blog. MORE MORE!! or as they say in Hawaiian \"Hana hou!\"

AL and Dialogue - Who Woulda Thought?!

by Jan59
Franis, It's going to take me awhile to look through your blogs but I'm really impressed by your comparison of AL to Dialogue - becoming comfortable with the strangeness of a new action or thought. Fantastic! I can't promise that I'll signup for the Dialogue site but I've been interested in Dialoguing for a few years now, especially how it's a great example of Self Organization in Complex Adaptive Systems theory. (I really hope I'm not being too geeky with that last sentence!!). I look forward to reading more from your blogs. Jan Anderson

I've started my blog and loving it

Hi Barbara and everyone else, I've taken Barbara's jolly blogging challenge - although weekly has suffered a few glitches. Here's one example blog - love to have comments. Regards, sharon

That's a great idea, missbehaved! - let's all visit each other's blogs and leave comments so show there's some action going on in them... I submitted a comment on your site, hoped you approve! Thanks jan59, I'm glad for your interest. The Bohm_Dialogue listserver is quite active and you'll get lots of emails every day. So you have to be up to it and have some time to keep up with it. I'm just now in a position to keep writing with dialup, so you'll see some additions and reorientations for my blogs. Some of them will be situated in the past catching up to now, so don't assume you have read all of it...just dip in. Now I can get going on those blogs who have been waiting for me... today I'll change over the blogspot one to the easier to remember name. I added on my blog: Results From One Alexander Lesson It's about meeting someone in person from dialogue while traveling and finding them writing about how our meeting affected them years later. hey, maybe I'll end up with three blogs...?
