Best Resume Book I've ever used

Postby inspiresuccess » Sat Jul 16, 2016 2:57 pm

I keep suggesting this book in so many threads, I thought I'd post a thread about it.

It's called The Damn Good Resume Guide.

It's the ideal resume book for people who don't have jobs in the same field -- people like me, who jump from one area to another and have jobs that don't seem to relate to each other. It's helped me get jobs in many different fields. When I was younger, I wouldn't even go after jobs I wanted, because they seemed so unrelated. This book gave me the courage to try for the jobs I wanted, and I got them.

Also, it's thin, light, and easy to read. I don't have the patience to slog through long books about resumes.

Good luck to anyone who gives it a try!
