Hey Scenario - Just thought I'd make you the recipient of my milestone 4600th post . Just because I can. :P How could I resist? You started this, oh thoughtful one. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH 8) 8) I know - this woman has FAR too much time on her hands, I hear you saying to yourself. True, but only because I've been sick. Hope you're still keeping some frosted sugar cookies for me. Hugs and OCD- laced cookies -

Hey Gini, I went to the grocery store last night and they have the orange cookies out now for fall/Halloween! I was going to post, and I kept thinking, what thread was that, was that the 250 thread? So, thanks for reading my mind and bumping 250 to the top. Congrats on 4,600. Can you make a book of advice out of it all someday? Keep getting better,

Congrats on the posts - way past 250 by the time I saw the message! Frosted cookies are available in the Big Apple!!! Although I personally don't count this as a cookie, this is the home of the black and white - chocolate AND vanilla frosting. Elena's bakery - probably on line, definitely in the Chelsea Market on 16th and 9th Avenue has expensive but gorgeous frosted cookies. Oh - and I think that Archway - in supermarkets - might have frosted cookies. I'll take mine dipped in chocolate - enrobed Milanos for all! Happy munching!

500 Just had to mark the occasion! Jezicka, where you been, you're number 14 now (up from 17). I'm number 40 right behind Songpoet and LittleTigger. Post on.

500 and 4700 - WOW - I don't think I'll ever get that high! So congratulations you two! I haven't posted in a while either (it's amazing how life interferes), but I'm curious. Do you, and you other veterans, ever wonder what's happened when people who have posted quite regularly for a while just disappear? And how many of the nearly 8000 registered users actually post at least one message? Or become active posters?

Gini, I hope you get better soon, and have a great smoke-less, bean-less and cookie-filled 2005!

Hey Scenario - Had to check in for 4800 - just because I can. Despite a rotten last few months health-wise, I've tried to check in regularly and give encouragement and virtual cookies wherever possible. I see you've been busy too... Hugs - Gini

4900!!!!! I haven't even been around that much lately, considering my own illness, my daughter's mental breakdown, and assorted family problems. What a big mouth I have, even in print. Save one of those orange frosted cookies for me, Scenario! And congrats on moving up into Mega-Poster Land. Who needs a life, anyhow? Life is far too complicated to have to deal with...   Hugs and Mega-Cookies - Gini :D

I'd say the time is ripe to get to that magic 5,000. Just because ... it's a nice round number :).

Perhaps you should just use a different number base (like 2). Round numbers would come faster!
