Fastalaskan, There's absolutely no need to push yourself. As you said Barbara won't have slack time until March so getting a summary table \"tonight or bust\" is more stress than you need to give yourself. (Unless you work better under a fierce deadline.) Tricia / DreamThief

Sent out my H-level responses once I found out what that was! Just wanted to comment that networksolutions should be avoided at all costs - and I do mean costs here. They are the most expensive service around. Almost everyone I know uses godaddy. I love them and have never had a moment's trouble. There are also really inexpensive, comprehensive hosting services.

Tricia, Thanks, but I want to get it done because I think there are things we can't answer without knowing what Barbara wants, and there's a good chance that she'll answer if I can make it quick and easy. The taskforce keeps answering questions with things like "we don't know what Barbara wants", and so we've hit a wall on progress. Susan, Thanks for the info about Network Solutions. I'm just using it to check availability. Thanks for the godaddy recommendation. I've heard that from others before and my web site instructor uses it too, so it's probably a good idea. I'll add that as a category: Hosting Services to be researched.

Hi everyone, I've got H-levels from Rudine and Sue so far. Tonia, were your h-levels in one of the messages you sent to me? I didn't see them. Thanks. Tricia

I got it done! I'll be forwarding it to Tricia after I look it over tomorrow. Yay! No, Tricia, I haven't answered yet. I've been too busy working on this summary. I'll answer tomorrow.

Hi folks, We have the opportunity to run up to the mountains for a few days with built in baby sitters (aka grandparents). 8) I'll be with you on Thursday and hopefully I'll have received enough H-level charts by then to do a summary. Best wishes, Tricia / DreamThief

Tricia, If you're talking about the web domain summary with H-levels, I've already made some changes again. So I'll need to get that out to everyone again. I added some names that were not included in the orginal. I don't know if I should forward it to everyone while you're gone or just wait, but the rest of the summary will be forwarded to you and will be there for you to see when you get back. I don't think I'll forward it to everyone, I'll just let you do that when you return since it's a holiday week and people are hopefully out having a great time (including you---Enjoy your week!) Anyone wondering about the delay, I was going to send it but I saw some things were not easy to figure out without adding comments and still other criteria fits into two categories. Then I added a special page just for the Sher type of criteria, because I think it's unanimous that we would all like it to be associated with her and so I wanted to outline everything and do a selling job. Stand by.....................it's coming. I'm working on it as I'm writing this. Just letting people know what's going on. Every time I read it I see something that needs to be shortened, clarified or added. Thank you all for your patience and enjoy the long weekend!

I'll be out of town Sept. 9-18

Postby Creative Sage » Tue Sep 06, 2005 12:08 pm

Hi everyone, Sorry I haven't been checking in as much during the past few weeks--I've been really busy, and I'm going out of town from Sept. 9-18. There probably won't be internet access where I'm going, so if you want to email me any more information, I'll be sure to read it when I return. I'm not sure what the "H-Level" domain search is, other than the suggestions for domain names. Best to all--hope you're having a promising autumn! Cathryn/Creative Sage TM

Hi everyone, I'm back. The lake was cold but the swimming was still fun. :D Tonia, I received an e-mail from you (subject:Document2) but in the message it looks like you want me to wait for a newer version before I forward it so I'll wait. I didn't get any more Happiness Levels on the domain names, so I'll give that some more time too. Creative Sage, the happiness levels are a very Sher way to say how much you like something on a scale of 1 to 10. We've come up with a list of possible domain names, now we're each giving them our ratings and then I'll average the responses to come up with the one we like the best as a group. Tricia / DreamThief

Hi Tricia, I'm doing it in segments and the email you received is regarding the database criteria. You can go ahead and send that out. Then the other category summaries will be soon to follow. Hope you had a great time!

Hi again, I've received H-levels for the web domain name table from Sue and Rudine, and I have H-levels for the database field table from Sue and Tonia. Tonia put allot of work into creating these for us, I'd like to see a good response. If anyone doesn't know how to use the tables, doesn't have a program that will open them, or doesn't have my e-mail to send them to me, please let me know. Thanks! Tricia

Hi team, How's it going? I'm still looking for Happiness Levels on Tonia's charts from most folks, I haven't received anything new since my last post. Just checking. Thanks. Tricia / DreamThief

Hi Tricia, I just sent you the rest of the summary tonight. I wonder if the lack of response is because task members prefer to discuss it here? I'll send you my comments tomorrow.

Hi everyone, Yes, please do keep talking here. The charts are what we're putting together to summarize everything we've done so far for Barbara, and to help us decide some questions (like domain name) so we can make a group recommendation to Barbara. Please feel free to make comments about the charts or anything database related here, and if you can't do the charts please say so and tell us here which domain name is your favorite and if there are any database fields you would change. The questions in the charts are important too, please take your best shot at answering them. I'll take everyone's input and fit it into the charts so we can all review it. Thanks. Tricia
