Monday morning it all begins - a new week and no more fast food/diet cokes, etc etc - to the gym! Let it begin.

Workout @ the Y

So how many of us go to the Northshore Y? Who's goin this week? Anybody want to schedule a tentative time. At least then we know who we could meet or run into when we're there. =D * I work M-F 8:30 - 5 in Redmond* So if anybody wants to workout in the evenings ~ That's when I'm best available.

I am heading out to workout early afternoon - I work from my home office. No diet coke for me today - started the day off eating right and will do it all day long!

I work out at 24 Hour Fitness in Lynnwood. Does anyone else go there? Good, healthy start on my nutrition. :) Bev

Monday - a success

It's 10:30 and I worked out at the Y - lifted weights; did aerobics and no diet coke or fast food today; a good kick off - I am going to meet a friend for dinner tomorrow nite - I am wondering about social eating and keeping it healthy - I will soon find out.

No exercise for me today - not good; eating ok - My naturopath wants me to do the blood type diet; I am an A so it looks like vegetarian for me - I have been doing more protein - I am eager to see what this is about.
