Strange you mention the coffee Graham, I made myself a cup yesterday, first time in over a week and I had to throw it away, tasted horrid.
Mango my food list --
today - cornflakes and milk, small beef pasties, roast veg, fresh small bread and salad and my new addiction - red onion chutney,
lots water, small glass orange squash at pub, tea at home
Yesterday - pack custard creams biscuits

, bread, salad, chutney, roast veg, potato chips 2 small bags probably other food can't remember
A few days ago I had wine, doner kebab, hamburger, cheesey chips - all X2's choice I might add
I still can't do the excercises and mom said my jeans are getting too tight. She seems to be the only person who has noticed I've put on weight and has been cross examining me what is going on. I know I went a bit mad on biscuits this week (I had bought a multi pack supposed to be for visitors) and I do go mad on potato chips occasionally but other than that I don't think I eat anything that fattening. Although I have eaten things this year occasionally at the pub that I normally would never touch, so it's probably an accummulation of 'special treats' that are adding the weight.
