I agree. I've found that 20 minutes is what I can handle right now. I'll raise it to 30 minutes when I'm ready. I did notice that I walked 2x in one week which is my goal. I'm glad of that.LalithaN wrote: I don't consider walking is a fit exercise, when you have only 10 mins.
