Hi Inspire,
How are you? I hope you feel a little bit better now. My prayers for you.

In your post on another thread, you were very much down.
Are you having enough nourishment? If you can, please try meditation and yoga breathing.

I wish you regain your old self, motivated, curious and active.

Hi, Everyone

I'm not doing much exercising until my elbow heals and my hip doesn't hurt so much. So I'll just cheer you on, and hope to join you soon.

Hi Elaine,
Long-time, no see in this thread. Thank you for the encouragement. Take care of your health first and then join us.
Inspire hasn't posted after her very depressed post. I'm worried about her as she lives alone. Do you have any means to communicate with her personally?
If not, let us pray for her health and happiness.

Thanks Lalitha and Elaine.

Sorry I haven't been here. I stopped exercising a few days but have walked some days. I've stopped the arm exercises which I was doing well with.

I stopped doing yoga about a month ago. I don't know why. I need to get back to it.

I skipped swimming last week but hope to go this week.

I know the exercise will help so I have to keep going. Lalitha, good for you for keeping on with your exercise.

I just want to encourage both of you. I am still unable to exercise. The good news is that if I keep my right arm very still, I might avoid surgery.

Good wishes to you both.

Hi Inspire and Elaine,
Happy to see you again in this thread.
Inspire,
Best wishes for your swimming and I think walking has become a habit for you so you won't give it up easily. Anyhow you will be going on.
Elaine,
Best wishes for getting well soon. I wish you would be well without any surgery.

Hi. I finally went to the doctor to see why I've been so weak and fatigued. I've been feeling that way for about 6 months and have slowly lost weight due to no appetite. I got blood tests done. I just talked to my doctor and she thinks I might have intestinal bleeding. I have to get a colonoscopy and endocrocy(sp?). I'll let you know how that goes. It hasn't been scheduled yet. It may explain why walking and swimming have been so hard for me. If they can find out what's wrong and treat it, it might make my whole exercise goals easier to accomplish.

Lalitha, keep up the good work! I'll probably be offline a bit until I get this settled. I look forward to being back as soon as I can to cheer you on and get back on track with my own goals. We've both made so much progress. I'm proud of both of us. Elaine, take good care and come back when you can.
